These terms and conditions are only applicable to the www.lovesoks.com website, operated by Zhuug.

By placing an order the customer is agreeing to the terms set out below.

Ordering products

In order to be able to buy products from the www.lovesoks.com website the customer must satisfy all the following criteria:

  1. Register with a real name, address, email address and phone number
  2. PO Box numbers, hotels & hostels are not acceptable
  3. Use a valid credit or debit card to purchase products

When an order has been placed the customer will receive an automated acknowledgement email with an order number and details of the order placed. Once this order has been placed Zhuug will process the order.


The product price includes VAT but does not include postage and packaging charges.

Zhuug will try to ensure that prices on the website are correct. However, in the event of there being an error the customer will be notified of this change and if the customer no longer wishes to order the product at the revised price then they may cancel the order.

The prices displayed on the website are exclusively for purchases made via the website.

Prices are subject to change and Zhuug reserves the right to change prices without notice prior to a customer placing an order.


Zhuug cannot guarantee the availability of products advertised on their website. Although we will monitor the website closely, there may be occasions when stock availability information on the website is incorrect. In this instance the customer will be contacted by a member of the Zhuug Customer Support Team and advised of the problem. The customer may cancel their order should such a problem arise.

Zhuug aims to deliver products on time (within 7 working days); however, there may be occasions when delivery dates cannot be met. Therefore, delivery times are non-binding and we cannot ensure that a certain time or date will be met.

The customer must examine the products upon delivery, checking the condition and that the delivery is complete. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Zhuug of any damages or incomplete deliveries at the time of delivery.


Payment can be made by Credit or Debit card. The customer’s payment card will be charged when Zhuug has accepted the order. We cannot supply products to a customer until the card issuer has authorised the use of the card for that payment. Card payments can be made online. If a customer does not wish to make a payment online they should contact us by email or telephone and a member of our sales team will be happy to help.

Delivery information

Zhuug will deliver to the billing address unless otherwise requested.

Deliveries will be made by Zhuug using our chosen courier service. If nobody is available to receive the product the courier will post a note through the door and take the delivery to your nearest depot.

We do not deliver to PO Box numbers, hotels or hostels.
