Returns & Refunds

Customers may return items to Zhuug within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

We ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any items we send back out to you. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a free returns service as we would have to recover these costs by either increasing the price of our products or by increasing our postage and packaging costs on outgoing orders. As very few customers need to return items to us, we do not feel it would be fair to pass these costs onto the majority of customers.

To be accepted for return the item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, sealed and suitable for resale.

Please specify why the items has been returned:

Faulty – indicating the nature of the fault

Wrong item supplied

Goods damaged or gone missing in transit

Incomplete order


Please enclose the dispatch note or invoice accompanying the delivery so that we can trace the original order and refund or re-deliver as applicable.

We recommend that you request a ‘proof of posting’ receipt from the Post Office for any items you return.

If the returns are not in their original condition and packaging or have parts missing, Zhuug reserves the right to reject the returned item(s) and decline a replacement or refund for the product.

If the return is accepted, Zhuug will refund the price that has been paid for the items by crediting the payment card. Any postage and packaging costs will not be refunded.

We will only accept returns for items bought on this website. We cannot accept any items purchased through other distribution channels. Proof of purchase is required in the form of an original invoice.


The manufacturer’s warranty covers all products. Any faulty items should be reported by email or by telephone to Zhuug’s Customer Supportas soon as the fault occurs. The customer will be advised of the procedure for returning faulty items and a replacement, where applicable, will be delivered.
